NOP Progress towards Implementing SOE

On September 26, 2023, members of the NOP team joined us to present on their progress towards the March 2024 SOE implementation date. While the organic industry is developing materials to facilitate consistent interpretation of the rule, conducting outreach to clients and others about the regulatory changes, and revising forms to align with new requirements, NOP is also working on implementation. NOP staff presented updates on progress towards implementation, including details on import certificates, Organic Integrity Database updates, and more.
